Meath West Fianna Fail T.D. Johnny Brady welcomes Community Grant Allocations
Chairman of the Joint Oireachtas Agriculture Committee Fianna Fail Meath West T.D. Johnny Brady welcomes funding of €93,750 for Community Organisations in the Kells Electoral area.
Amongst the Groups to receive funding are Kilskyre Community Hall, Kilskyre St. Vincent de Paul Society, Oldcastle Pitch & putt Club and St. Brigid's GFC. These groups will all receive €10,000. Athboy Tidy Towns will receive €7,500. Ballinlough Pride of Place €6,000, Ballinacree Community Association €5,000.
"In a variety of ways, including the provision of sports and community facilities and carrying out environmental improvements in their areas these voluntary Groups carry out vital work in their local communities. It is very important that this work is recognised and supported in every possible way".
